We’ve always questioned ourselves – of our identities, abilities, responsibilities, accountabilities and so on. This continual self-analysis has pushed us beyond our limits. It has made us daring enough to explore the unbelievable in the business of unbelievables. And now we are raring to go.
It’s been over seven years now, and the journey has turned into a trip. The experience has been amazing, liberating and surprising. Our rewards have appeared in various forms – client appreciations, new account acquisitions, bolder thoughts, stupid mistakes, and avoidable losses and most importantly our steady growth, the one factor that’s crucial to making us who we are today.
We are happy as people. But hunger still remains our best sauce. We are still not satisfied as an organization – because our vision has been conceived much larger than what we have attained so far.
We belong to a faith called thinkers. We have no special ink or paint except the one of thought. And we use it to procreate ideas that feed the creative process.
Our vision of keeping BLAQ relevant is by consistent application of thought. Not only do we want our clients to grow through our ideas, but we also want our employees to take ownership of these and grow as thinkers of the future.

The answer is deep domain-specific understanding. Before we took the plunge into the three deep seas of Internal Communications, Design and Events, we spent our time and energies in exploring them. It cost us five years. But it profited us by fifty!
Now ready with a much larger perspective, with our few initial steps already turning out to be gigantic strides, we’re now one of those leading players in our domains that will only look forward from here. There’s no magic in it except the one of magic realism. In the business of ideas, it’s the best ideas that will make one the best in the segment. That’s exactly what happened to us.
